Unexpected delights in a classic spot

Woke up to strong coffee and fresh pastries. The warm smiles from the staff felt genuine.

The bathroom needed better upkeep-the lack of towels and overall cleanliness detracted from the experience.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a really great experience. The location was good, staff were hospitable! Easily reached Chez Ouazzani, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Perfect a nice size room, a dining area, pay TV, and a writing desk were appreciated.

Good value for money and extremely spacious room with Freezer and air conditioner, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety🙂❤

The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, with freshly made pastries and a variety of drinks that set my day off to a wonderful start.

Some areas need improvement.

For breakfast there was a small buffet, which I find better than "counted" breakfast, the selection was good. The staff was really nice. Rather quiet area with a walkable path into town.

Fairly decent hotel overlooking city, we had a really great experience here. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered a wide array of good food. The room we had included a fridge, a dining area and a writing table. Location: the property was really close to the cafe, the medina and Morocco. Good service was provided too: D

The room had a nice layout that allowed for a bit of space, a welcome contrast to the more cramped options I've encountered in similar places. WiFi was supposed to be available throughout, which could come in handy if it actually worked consistently.

Unfortunately, the hot water supply was out for a week, made for some uncomfortable showers. I also came back to find my room hadn't been cleaned a couple of times , frustrating. Breakfast options were very limited, leaving much to be desired. It reminded me of a 4-star experience with a 2-star execution.

I felt very well and would like to come again and again

The location of this hotel was GREAT. The airport was 0.5 miles away. The staff were super friendly all the time.

I loved my stay, especially the comfy king-size bed and the beautiful view from the 5th floor balcony. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and the lounge area was a great spot to unwind. The elevators were a bit quirky, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

Not worth the hype

The location was pretty easy to get to, and our room had a decent view. The best part was the buffet breakfast. I loved the fresh pastries. But the Wi-Fi was super spotty, kinda frustrating. Honestly, I expected way more for what I paid. Just feels like they are missing the little touches.

The location is excellent, with access to major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, a plus. Breakfast offered a good variety, including satisfying vegetarian options. The hotel staff charged more than initially booked, citing a currency discrepancy, and the state of the rooms left much to be desired, with visible wear and tear, such as peeling paint and exposed wires. While there are some redeeming qualities, the experience fell short due to these significant issues.

Totally recommend for overnight stay

Comfortable bed, convenient location, with helpful staff who assisted me in finding the best routes to explore nearby attractions.
